

One of the main appeals of the PC platform, obviously, is its theoretically limitless flexibility and backwards compatibility, and to that end it's not really surprising to me (though still cool) that Steam has so many retro PC games (like C&C, Doom, etc).


All of the classic TMNT games (Cowabunga Collection).Most of the classic Mega Man games (Mega Man Legacy Collection).Every classic Street Fighter game (SF30th Collection).I mean, just looking through stuff I own I already have. It was fun in general (thank god for rewind), but between that and recently playing the Cowabunga Collection it made me realize - Steam has built up a pretty decent library of retro console rereleases and collections over the years. I was sitting around with a friend this weekend looking for something to play in my Steam library, and we ended up diving into the Mega Man Legacy Collection.
